The Rehearsal and The BIG Day

  • Final walkthrough of the reception location

  • Attend and manage the rehearsal (this is where any last-minute changes happen)

  • Attend and assist during rehearsal dinner

  • Wedding coordinator and bridal assistant on site

  • Ensure timing of the big day

  • Ensure personal floral is distributed

  • Cue wedding party for the procession

  • Coordinate the service and through the beginning of dinner

  • Provide assistance throughout the ceremony and reception

  • Collect and transport any additional bridal party items (shoes, bags, etc.) to reception

Vendor Coordination

  • Detailed itinerary sent to all vendors

  • Confirm all vendors

  • Menu consultation

  • Coordinate and supervise delivery times for vendors

  • Supervise vendor setup of decor & rental items for the ceremony and reception

  • Ensure payment to all vendors including gratuity

Partial Planning

You have the dress, you’ve selected the flowers, the venue is booked and the menu is chosen. But when the wedding day comes, you’ll be busy being a bride! So, when you’ve planned it all, and want to be sure your perfect day goes off without a hitch, I provide the structure and professional look you want to ensure that nothing is missing on your wedding day.
